THE OLD SAILING SHIPS * A VISION.

The first ship is in the deep ocean moving with the wind * It can only move with the wind.

For the wind blows where it wants - We know not it's coming and it's going - The wind obeys the Father.

I can see the sailors trimming the sails to catch the wind - To catch its full power.

There is much joy within these sailors for they know and trust the wind to take them to their destination.

It's so easy to let wind do its work - Such a joy not to strive - Such freedom.

Such a joy to do as the Father does * To do his will.

Those on this ship are well fed with good meat, New wine and clean water. Their captain knows each one personally and cares deeply about his men - He would not ask his men to do what he would not do himself.

For he would be right there with them every step of the way * By their sides.

I see the captain eats with his men.

In the cargo hold of this ship there are many barrels of oil and sacks of seed - Oil for healing and cooking * Seed for planting and to feed the hungry.

The second ship has its sails down.

In front of the ship I can see men in rowing boats with lines attached to the front of the ship * They are pulling the ship along - Being forced to pull the ship.

These men are sweating a lot and I can see fear in their hearts * Also they are very dry and hungry from lack of food and drink - What food they have is rotten and full of worms - The water they have to drink is dirty.

There is nothing in the cargo hold of this ship for the cargo has been thrown into the water to make the ship lighter - Some having been eaten by the hungry men.

The captain of this ship does not care for his men and looks after his self with a private store of food.

He has a few men around him which he pays to do this job * His body guards armed with whips and guns to keep the crew in line - These men are his hirelings which the captain feeds with his food to keep them on his side.

The crew are always fighting with each other - Wanting to get position over each other * Always striving to get ahead * Resisting the wind * Always working but not getting very far - Always learning but not hearing - Having head knowledge but not heart relationship * Denying the power of God.

Which ship are you/we on - One or two * That is the question ?.

For to obey is better than sacrifice.

Where the Spirit of the Lord is * There is liberty.
