Sugar Cookies
¾ C. Shortening – melted &
cooled |
Monster Cookies
1 Dozen Eggs, 1 lb. Soft Margarine, 3 lbs. Peanut Butter, 4 cups Sugar,
2 lbs. Brown Sugar, 8 Tsp. Baking Soda, 1 Tablespoon Light Karo Syrup, 1
Tablespoon Vanilla, 18 cups Quick Oatmeal, 4 cups Chocolate Chips, 1 lb.
M&M’s Spoon large tablespoons full of dough on greased cookie sheet (6 cookies per sheet) (In other words Make ‘Em BIG!) Bake 14 minutes at 350 degrees. |
| Peanut Butter Cookies
½ cup Crisco, ½ cup margarine Roll into balls and press down with a fork. Bake at 375 10-12 minutes. |
Quaker Famous Oat Meal Cookies
¾ cup Crisco, 1 cup brown sugar, ½ cup sugar, Mix together. Add raisins or other tidbits as desired. Bake on greased sheet at 350 for 12-15 minutes. |
| Snickerdoodles
Cream together: Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes. |
Chocolate Chip
Mix together: Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes. |

Cookies 1 cup sugar 1 cup shortening Cream together Add 2 eggs 2 Tbsp. milk 1 tsp soda mixed with small amount of warm water. 2 tsp. cream of tartar 2 tsp. vanilla Mix Add 3 cups flour Roll out and cut into desired shapes Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes. |

Bread 1 3/4 cups flour 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 cup sugar 1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup oil 2 ripe bananas, mashed Combine 1st five ingredients in
